Schtum: Manu Mayr (Radian) & Robert Pockfuß

Legend of the Austrian experimental scene Schtum transforms microtonal interference and feedback into dark, often nearly brutal electronic sequences. The duo cultivates a contemporary chamber music playing attitude in order to create electroacoustic soundscapes that can be located between microtonal spheres and club music. The main driving force of their music, however, is the dynamic contrast between raw sound and an almost clinical precision, evoking a sense of abstract movement in sound.
