Posters & Cocktails on the Road: Czech Center New York

Nicholas Lowry of Swann Auction Galleries and Poster House Executive Director & Curator Angelina Lippert lead a cocktail-paired tour of Visit Czechoslovakia! The Story of Czech Travel Posters at the Czech Center New York, presented alongside Poster House's exhibition From Monarchy to Modernity. The posters on view combine traditional folk imagery with avant-garde design to tell the story of a newly independent Czechoslovakia crafting its national image, with Czech cocktails curated by Don Spiro of the Green Fairy Society.
