Larsen + Favorite Obsession

Italian art-rock trio Larsen head to Prague with their landmark twentieth album Decalcomania, produced by William Basinski. The enigmatic project, currently made up of Fabrizio Modonese Palumbo, Marco "il Bue" Schiavo and Paolo Dellapiana, broke through at the turn of the millennium with the album Rever, released by Michael Gira of Swans, and has since collaborated with artists including Xiu Xiu, Nurse With Wound and Jóhann Jóhannsson. On Decalcomania the band oscillates between groovy trip hop, dub beats, avant-garde electronics and lounge music. The evening opens with Most-based trio Favorite Obsession, whose dream-pop and shoegaze debut Bliss explores queer identity and gender change.
