Czech Fungi Fest 2026

The largest mushroom-foraging festival in the Czech Republic creatively connects a community of fungi enthusiasts with experts, the general public, artists, philanthropists and business people with a positive relationship to nature conservation. The festival weekend at Kampus Hybernská offers a traditional mushroom exhibition, the opening of the Fungi in Art exhibition, mushroom photography, an educational panel exhibition on fungi and habitats, a small mushroom market selling fresh and dried mushrooms and foraging gear, workshops and creative sessions for children and adults, audiovisual screenings, themed talks, a mycology library, the announcement of the country's most beautiful bolete and the Czech Mushroom Forager of the Year, and finally live music and an afterparty.
