TOOT – Phil Minton + Thomas Lehn + Axel Dörner – Farewell Tour

The final tour of the legendary group Toot, bringing together leading figures of European improvised music. Phil Minton is a master improviser active on the contemporary music scene since the 1960s, whose unique vocal abilities can breathe life into many identities, not necessarily human ones. Thomas Lehn from Germany creates a wide range of real-time electronic textures on the analogue EMS Synthi A synthesiser and is a member of the electronic orchestra M.I.M.E.O. and the group Konk Pack. Axel Dörner (trumpet, slide trumpet) is one of the leading contemporary trumpet players on the experimental scene, collaborating with figures including Alexander von Schlippenbach and Paul Lovens.
