A new workshop series in the Circular Workshop — How to Do Without a Handyman-for-Hire — created in collaboration with the SheBuilds project, teaching people to drill, join wood and fix things without waiting for someone else to do it. In this fourteenth instalment, participants again learn how to replace a light switch and make various simple mechanical repairs, discovering that a set of screwdrivers is their best household helper. The workshop is not exclusively for women — anyone can take part, as long as they bring an old appliance they want to repair.
